Start small. Scale when ready.

Choose the print route around quantity, artwork and inventory risk.

Selected digitally printed specifications can start from 200 pieces per artwork after review. Special films, features, finishes or converting steps can require a higher minimum.

Digital printing

Lower-quantity and multi-SKU route

Useful for launch tests, artwork changes and smaller design quantities when the selected size, material and finish fit the active route.

Selected projects from 200 pcs / artwork
Gravure printing

Stable larger-run route

Cylinder setup can suit repeat programs and larger quantities once artwork, demand and the approved construction are stable.

Direct answer

How should a snack pouch be specified?

Start with the real snack and filling route, not a stock bag. Record product risk, fill weight, pouch geometry, material direction, opening features, artwork status and the tests needed to confirm the finished pack. Keep the approved specification, sample and evidence on the same revision.

Snack packaging by product

Start with what can make the snack fail.

Nuts, freeze-dried fruit, chips and jerky can share a pouch silhouette while requiring different barrier, filling, closure and validation decisions.

Map approval and production milestones

Moisture

Texture can change through material, seals, closures or package defects.

Oxygen & oil

Oxidation risk depends on the product, processing, headspace and full package.

Crushing & puncture

Piece geometry, headspace, gusset load and case packing act together.

Seal contamination

Crumbs, powder, salt, sugar and oil can reach the final seal.

Technical system

Start with the packed product, then connect the laminate, pouch features, print finish and approval record. These are engineering directions to confirm, not one-size-fits-all claims.

Features that fit the use

Closure, access and display features must fit the product geometry, filling process and how the buyer opens and stores the pack.

Print & finish control

Digital or gravure direction is selected after artwork, quantity and repeat-order needs are known. Finish is reviewed on the chosen laminate, not as an isolated swatch.

Questions before you order?

Practical answers for planning a custom pouch.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Selected digitally printed pouch specifications can start from 200 pieces per artwork after size, material, finish and current production-route review. Special materials, features or converting requirements can require a higher minimum.

What information is needed for a quick quote?

Share your product, estimated quantity, contact email or WhatsApp and a short requirement. Add size, fill weight, material or artwork details only when you already know them.

Can I review samples before production?

Yes. Review available format, material and finish references first, then confirm any project-specific sample route before production.

Do you offer digital and gravure printing?

Yes. Digital printing is reviewed for lower quantities and multi-SKU launches; gravure is reviewed for stable larger runs. Final eligibility and pricing depend on the approved specification.

How do I choose the right material?

Start with oxygen, moisture, light, aroma, grease and puncture risks, then confirm the structure through compatibility and filled-pouch testing.

Method & sources

Use source material to frame the brief, then validate the actual pack.

We use external references to clarify terms such as food-contact components and package measurement. They do not confirm a selected laminate, regulatory status, shelf life or filled-pack performance for a specific project.
