Information you choose to send
The inquiry form can include your name, email, company, phone, product and packaging requirements, destination market, an optional local artwork attachment and other project notes. Do not submit passwords, payment card data or other sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
The information and any selected artwork attachment are sent to the StandPouchy inquiry email so the packaging team can review the project and reply. When private queue storage succeeds, the text details and attachment filename are recorded outside the public website directory so the team can deduplicate and follow up; the attachment contents remain in the inquiry email rather than the follow-up record. Otherwise the submission remains email-accepted only. The website does not offer account creation, online checkout or automated pricing.
Email delivery and alternatives
The form first asks the website mail service to send the inquiry and any selected attachment to Andrew@standpouchy.com. If that service is unavailable, the page provides a prepared email containing the inquiry details; a local artwork file must be attached manually before you send the fallback email.
Website measurement
When website analytics is explicitly configured, StandPouchy limits its custom contact events to the page path, contact method, placement, form name and lead source. These events are not designed to include your name, email, phone number, company, artwork file or filename, free-text project details or WhatsApp message. A submitted inquiry may carry the first-touch source, medium, campaign name, landing-page path and external referrer hostname so the inquiry team can understand where it came from; the inquiry record excludes advertising click identifiers, full referrer URLs and referrer query strings. WhatsApp links add a non-personal session reference and the same controlled source fields to the buyer-visible prepared message. Selecting a WhatsApp link records only a contact click and does not prove the message was sent; it becomes an inquiry only when the sales contact actually receives the message. Do not place personal information in page URLs.
